NSTC Program Coordinator


The National Snowsports Training Centre (NSTC) in Jindabyne is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Program Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of programs and services across our Acro and Park facilities, catering to community, emerging talent and elite performance athletes.


The NSTC Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day program delivery, staff coordination and customer engagement. Working closely with the NSTC General Manager and Operations Manager, you will help ensure programs run smoothly, safely and to an exceptional standard.


This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to Australia’s winter sports pathway.


We’re looking for someone who is:


  • Highly motivated, organised and detail-focused

  • Exceptional communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to guide staff

  • Program coordination experience, ideally in sport or recreation

  • Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic workplace

  • Proficient with computer systems (Microsoft Office/365 + operational platforms)

  • First Aid & CPR certified

  • WWCC + Sport Integrity requirements

  • Available for immediate start
