Learn trampoline skills in a fun, safe, and social environment.

Our Acro programs are trampoline-based sessions designed for all ages and skill levels. Whether you're just starting out or working on advanced aerial awareness, our coaches will guide you through skill progression in a safe and welcoming setting.

The facility includes Euro and Super tramps, a trampoline airbag, double mini tramp, harnesses, and wall climbers. Classes are offered for kids, teens, and adults – from structured weekly programs to open bounce and sport-specific skill development.

Build confidence and have fun – no experience needed.

We run term-based Acro classes for ages 3 and up, including Tiny Tumblers, student sessions, adult classes, and open bounce. Sessions are age-grouped and structured to focus on movement, balance, coordination, and fun.

We also offer school sport options and tumbling-specific classes during the term. Our progression system helps kids and teens track their development and earn achievement certificates.

Acro Tumbling Gymnastics

This structured, coach-led session is held during the school term every Friday at 5pm & is designed to develop and refine gymnastics skills on the tumbling floor for 8-15yrs.

Throughout the session, you'll focus on key movements like handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, front and back handsprings, and more.

While the primary focus is on tumbling, trampolines may also be used to support skill development along with some skills on the beam.

Our coaches will guide you through a comprehensive warm-up to ensure you're prepared for the skills ahead.

This class is perfect for those eager to learn, follow instruction, and progress their gymnastics abilities in a fun and supportive environment.
