Safety & Security

Follow staff instructions at all times.

Do not engage in dangerous behaviour.

Respect all safety signage and facility rules.

Enter only with a valid booking or registration.

Emergency instructions must be followed immediately.

Stay out of restricted areas unless authorised.

Misuse of equipment is not allowed.
Prohibited Substances & Behaviour

No alcohol, illicit drugs, or intoxicated behaviour.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere onsite.

Abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward staff or others is unacceptable.
Privacy & Consent

No mobile phones or recording devices in bathrooms or change rooms.

Only take photos or video with proper consent.

Coaching or training must be approved by NSTC staff.
Health & Hygiene

Stay home if you’re unwell or contagious.
-
Entry may be refused if a health risk is identified.
Personal Belongings
-
Keep your items secure – do not leave them unattended.

CCTV is in use throughout the facility.
Bullying
