MEET THE TEAM

Angus is an impressive Slopestyle skier who’s competed internationally for years and naturally found his way into coaching through his love of the sport. He’s all about helping grommies push their progression, guiding them from trampoline, to airbag, and then onto snow with confidence.

Angus is one of our long-time NSTC coaches — knowledgeable, approachable, and known for his calm, kind coaching style. He’s a huge part of what makes training here such a great experience.

Cameron is one of our long-time coaches here at the NSTC.

Cameron brings a huge depth of knowledge across trampolining, skiing, and slopestyle, shaped by years of training and competing as an elite athlete. He spent much of his career on the World Cup circuit in ski slopestyle, developing the technical skill and understanding he now passes on to the next generation.

As a coach, Cameron is focused on helping participants progress with confidence, whether they’re learning foundational skills or pushing toward higher-level tricks. His calm approach, experience, and genuine commitment to progression & development make him a key part of our NSTC acro team. We’re grateful to have him on board.

Abi is a world-class Slopestyle Skiing athlete with an incredible background in trampolining and coaching. She’s been a long-time coach here at the NSTC and brings a wealth of experience and passion to every session. Abi loves watching athletes progress on the trampoline and then take those skills to the airbag and eventually the snow. Her unique blend of slopestyle expertise and trampoline fundamentals makes her a huge asset to our team.

Des brings a wealth of experience to the Acro Centre, with a strong background being involved in gymnastics since she was 6, competed at a high level through to her early twenties, and has been coaching since 2014. She’s worked with all ages and holds multiple coaching and judging qualifications. She’s not only technically sharp, but also brings a calm, confident coaching style that makes learning feel achievable and fun. Talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping others improve — Des is a key part of what makes the NSTC tick.

Em has an impressive background that helped shape who she is as a coach today. Originally competing in power tumbling from the age of 4, competing nationally and internationally till the age of 18. Em has been coaching for over 5 years and we’re super lucky to have her as part of the NSTC acro coaching team. Em loves seeing kids gain confidence within themself and their ability throughout the term.
