Follow signs to the NSTC building. • Park check-in: via the clubhouse path to the right of the main building. • Acro check-in: via the main building reception. Accessible parking is available at both locations. Change rooms are also available.

Yes. You need to be a financial member to pre-book online. Yes. Private bookings are available for both Park and Acro. • Minimum 14 days’ notice • 30% deposit once quote is accepted Fill out our Private booking enquiry form(nstc.au/bookings)

Community sessions: • Medical cancellations (with certificate) 48+ hours in advance: full refund minus card fees • Within 48 hours: may reschedule (no refund) within 30 days • Other reasons: refund possible with written notice and valid reason (20% cancellation fee + card fees) Private/group bookings: • 14+ days: full refund minus $100 per session • 7–14 days: 20% cancellation fee • Less than 7 days: deposit retained • Multiple bookings: 50% fee applies for cancelled sessions with 7+ days’ notice All cancellations must be emailed to nstc@snow.org.au.(mailto:nstc@snow.org.au) No phone cancellations.

Yes! Spectators are welcome at both Park and Acro sessions. Park facilities include: • Picnic tables • Viewing deck • Drinks & snacks • NSTC merchandise Acro: Spectators should remain in the reception area due to limited indoor space.

No, it’s reserved for authorised high-performance and sporting groups.

Sessions may be cancelled in high winds, lightning, or low light. If cancelled under 1 hour in, you can reschedule or get a 50% refund.

Yes, outside of changing areas.
