Des brings a wealth of experience to the Acro Centre, with a strong background being involved in gymnastics since she was 6, competed at a high level through to her early twenties, and has been coaching since 2014.

She’s worked with all ages and holds multiple coaching and judging qualifications. She’s not only technically sharp, but also brings a calm, confident coaching style that makes learning feel achievable and fun.

Talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping others improve — Des is a key part of what makes the NSTC tick.
