Season Pass Terms

NSTC Park Winter & Annual Season Passes are available for all dates within the access date range as listed.

Winter Season Passes run 6th June to 5th October; access only applies during these dates. No extensions, refunds, member swaps or holds will be applied to this product.

Annual Season Passes offer a full 12 months from the date of purchase. No extensions, refunds, member swaps or holds will be applied to this product.

All passes allow access within the regulations stated in the NSTC T&Cs and park access rules; any breach of these will forfeit the pass.

Season Passes allow members to join both Development and High-Performance airbag community sessions where space is available. All bookings must be made prior to attending the session; the pass does not guarantee spaces or hold any reserve spaces. Passes can also be used during private sessions where the pass covers the regular rider fee.

If the pass holder is booked into a session and is unable to attend, the session will need to be rescheduled by the member within 24 hours of the session starting. If the cancellation falls within that 24-hour window, the member will need to email the NSTC team at nstc@snow.org.au to inform them they cannot attend.

If this is not completed, the member will receive a warning outlining that repeat occurrence will cause the pass to be placed on a ban period for a range of 7 to 30 days.

Each Season Pass is unique to each member and cannot be transferred or used by any other member under any circumstances. If this occurs, all booked sessions will be cancelled, the offending member's pass will be cancelled, and they will not be eligible for a Season Pass purchase for the following season.
